I recently posted a video to the Aloe House Instagram giving away some specific material regarding a workflow and manifestation model I developed. I wanted to give something away to the public to build hype and show my following that I esteem them.


Flow State Workflow Model


I am a person who likes workflow and have found a system that works for me. With the self at the center (you!) we are able to flow into our other priorities that can be modified as needed.


Benefits of Mindful Workflow


  • Focus Your Energy: Instead of being scattered and ruled by the tyranny of the urgent, we can stabilize, stay strong and work on what counts.

  • Manifest: By seeking priorities that are important to you we are able to use techniques to bring these from non-existence into your reality. This includes, visualization, journaling, mindset and a variety of other approaches.


  • Enhances Sense of Self: Who am I and what do I want?


  • Boosts Creativity: Being present can spark new ideas and solutions to challenges or just creating for the sake of art!
